The annual Festival of the Little Hills started this Friday in St. Charles, Missouri. Festival Chairperson Linda Jackson-Regot says the festival usually receives between two and three hundred thousand attendees and predicts as many as three hundred and fifty thousand people to come this year due to the mild weather. Hurry to attend this festival! The gates close on Sunday!
